Ok no biggie, always been that way. Sometimes they have somebody playing piano in the lobby. The show usually starts about. I guess she never learned that drinks are on the right and not cell phone in your neighbor's drink holder.We were served quickly and got wings and popcorn.
Nice wide armrests with drink holders, and they also have food and drink service in the theater. The event I went to was well organized and staffed.

I found this to be completely classless and absolutely unnecessary behavior for an audience full of mature adults.
Mainly an adult theater unless kids /teens are with parents.

The theater is clean and comfortable, Although I would travel across town for movie viewing this great, it's nice it's nearby. A must go if you enjoy cult following movies! I don't think this kind of behavior is acceptable in a supposedly upscale place. The seating is spacious and restrooms are clean. I'd chose this theater over a new, sleeker one any day because of the great selection of movies.
