All in all we were quite disappointed in the service from this resort and strongly feel that if you are not able to provide Quality Service the right way due to the current pandemic situation, then perhaps you should not be open to guests at all. We booked the resort because our first choice which we initially booked did not reopen on time, and the price was good. Bad- -Some of the people that work here are so unfriendly that I wonder how they are even employed in a position that deals with people on a regular basis. The food in the buffet was horrible. Dinner is at don pablo tonight which is at the knife with a different menu..we had Darren again started our meal outside but the bugs were a bit much so we went inside Friday Latte in the morning was nice as usual.
An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including windsurfing and snorkeling. Hung out at the kids pool, very cool and interactive for the kids, the baby had a blast with the security guard here , and the lifeguards were very nice and made conversation with us.The closest bar was pretty far away though, it is the bar used for lunch.

There are no bottles of water given out at any bar. The deck was huge and you could see so much of the resort and a sea view. Nonetheless we decided to make the best of the situation. I waited 25 min in line at the buffet for my eggs standing there, it was a horrible experience...cooks were nice when you finally got to the front, servers were very kind at the table the second trip up to get a couple pancakes took around 10-15 minutes, a lot of people were attempting to bud in front of you in line.
