Seemingly closed minded view of how things should be run, and no real encouragement for innovation.

The two Lake Geneva hotel properties do not publicly report hotel occupancies, but Magnuson did confirm that occupancy is better than what was expected during the fall season in … I was fired without even a shred of proof. While it is a work in progress it should never have gotten to this point.
Marcus Hotels & Resorts has a rich history of success and extraordinary service. Great place to earn money and enjoy what you do. From seasoned management it was common knowledge that every year that employees were treated worse then the previous years and monies were cut with less cuts of the banquet fees. Relax and rejuvenate at the WELL Spa + Salon, hit the slopes at the Mountain Top, or play a few holes on The Brute or The Highlands.
