My suggestion to everyone don’t use the credit because you have it but try to use it when needed or necessary. Synchrony had a website that keeps all the cards you have with them so there is no reason to say “I don’t know how to pay”! Dropped my credit limit with Belk’s despite having little to no balance. I didn’t think they could do such a thing. They said they could not see where the item was shipped back . It is important to dispute the charge as soon as possible.
The Belk Rewards card earns 1 point per dollar at Belk and allows returns without a receipt.
