just a quick update, i have learned that almost all the neighboring areas/zipcodes around me (within 10 mile radius) still include ID channel in their comcast packages, just not my particular area! I JUST found out now that this channel is not available to any Comcast customer, no matter the plan that you have. Xfinity offers over 220 TV channels.

That’s fine and dandy, and I’ll do that in the meantime, every now and then, but I would much rather see it on my TV from the package that I PAY for, which is SUPPOSED to INCLUDE this channel. my dad had attempted to adjust their over-inflated bundled services fee when their last 'contract' expired, and when he did they dropped moms favorite channel -- ID. I totally agree this is ridiculous that EVERYONES favorite channel ( ID ) has been removed. HD Channels require HD equipment, HD televsion set and HD Technology Fee.
