I have called Comcast three times. It did not change anything. Stream app not showing all live channels only 5. It seems that our friends at xfinity decide when we can no longer have access to certain saved shows on the stream app, even though they're still available on home DVR. For anyone having similar issues, I finally found a super-helpful rep who was able to solve the problem. No help there either.
When I go to my TV and look at the recordings I have 45 and at 32%. create a new user and use that new username/password to sign in instead of your own normal username. I just deleted all but 2 of the games. None of them were helpful. Filters. Nothing changed on my end, other than if the app was upgraded through apple, but that wouldn't effect the website for streaming recordings. use the xfinity my account app and sign in on a smart device. at top it will have a link to your subscribed channels. If you have a digital package from Comcast, a splitter shouldn't affect just a few channels--you'd have all or nothing. When you go to login, if you phone / tablet saves your info like it does mine select sign in as someone else and manualy enter your information. nothing to fix, it was changed to 60 hours more than 2 years ago. There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. This thread is locked. This will log you out and clear everything. Is anyone else having this issue ? There is one specific recording that is not showing up on my Xfinity Stream app, but it shows up on the X1 DVR recordings. Comcast unveiled Xfinity Flex in March, charging $5 a month for an offering that includes a 4K HDR streaming box, voice remote and a digital interface. there may have been a time since that space was needed on the cloud to keep the last 60 hours or so and it was deleted from the cloud DVR (not home DVR). My streaming app is only showing 5 channels since two days ago.
Not sure why it wouldn't be a ailable on the cloud? Tried it on the Iphone and on the website. have X1 service including xfinity internet service? ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. the home DVR has approximately 150 hour limit. There are only 4 channels showing up under live tv which are some weird ones like sky news and cheddar news. Note: Ensure that your current website has rich media content. My HD Channels fill the screen completely, but the Non-HD channels only fill the middle, leaving a lot of BLACK all around the picture.
